Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. 1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return most items purchased from StreetFashCiteino within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition. This includes items such as musical instruments, accessories, and other equipment.

    • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Items must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
    • Certain products, including custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description for specific details.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Opened or used instruments (such as guitars, keyboards, drums).
    • Perishable items (e.g., strings, drumsticks).
    • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise).
    • Gift cards or downloadable software.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Please email us at info@streetfashciteino.com or call us at (706) 291-9607 to initiate the return process. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your item. You will need this RA# to ensure your return is processed.

  3. Packaging and Shipping:
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as a defective item or incorrect order).

  4. Processing Your Return:
    Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your return. If the item meets the return conditions, we will issue your refund or process an exchange, depending on your preference.


3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after receiving the returned item. Once your refund is processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Restocking Fee:
    Some items, particularly large or heavy items, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. This will be communicated to you at the time of your return request if applicable.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another, you can do so by following the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the replacement product.

  • Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ship out the correct item at no additional charge.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection of Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.

  • Refund or Replacement:
    For damaged or defective items, you will receive a full refund or replacement depending on your preference. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these cases.


6. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment:
    If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund if the item has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After Shipment:
    Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return the item following our standard Returns Policy after receiving it.
